Profile: A premium handcrafted boutique winery located
on a small estate at the northern end of Dry Creek
Valley in Sonoma County, Yoakim Bridge Vineyards
needed to make improvements to their online store
front, brand communications and E-mail based sales
processes.
Need: Reflecting on the high standards and quality of
Yoakim's wine, the project included a complete
reworking of the Web site and direct E-mail marketing
campaign. The goal was to strengthen and unify
the Yoakim brand while increasing direct wine
orders from the Web site.
Result: Yoakim's
Web site redesign now successfully reflects the
high quality and personal touch Yoakim stands
for. Since beginning the E-mail campaign, Yoakim
increased its database by 674 new subscribers,
generated an average Email open rate of 45.9%
with a click-thru conversion ratio of nearly 2
