Need: Motive was seeking an independent consultant to help them migrate their data from a previous provider and work with their staff to convert email templates, manage subscribers, and execute campaigns.

Result: IAMIT recommended and implemented IamITools to help Motive quickly get up and running as well as supported the marketing staff on a 24/7 basis with producing campaigns that on average delivered nearly 1,000,000 messages a month to its subscribers.

Profile: Aquent is the world’s leading marketing and creative staffing agency.

Need: Aquent wanted a enterprise E-mail solution that could be accessed 24/7 from any worldwide office. The new solution need to be in full compliance with anti-spam laws and have a proven reputation among major ISPs for excellent deliverability. They also wanted an easy-to-use interface and compatibility with multi-lingual character sets (UTF-8) for both Mac and PC.

Result: IAMIT worked with Aquent to help them implement IamITools for managing their subscriber data, E-mail templates, and worldwide campaigns.

Profile: (it) magazine is an initiative of the Community of Content Creators, an educational, non-profit media group dedicated to producing and distributing stories and resources that fuel your passion and drive more pro-social action.

Need: (it) magazine needed a agency solution to help them organize and communicate with its diverse volunteer database.

Result: (it) magazine selected the IamITools View Campaign™ software as its prefered delivery platform in return for pro-bono services from IAMIT to assit in the delivery of their email campaigns.

Need: MyHSM needed a solution for its sales team that would allow them to manage which data their affiliates had access to use for direct response email campaigns.

Result: IAMIT worked with MyHSM and their affiliates on configuring sub-account profiles, managing sales lists, integrating web forms, designing E-mail templates and building high volume direct response campaigns.

Profile: Kirei is dedicated to bringing beautiful natural materials to market, enabling architects and interior designers to create elegant interior spaces while using sustainable and nontoxic materials without sacrificing their design palette.

Need: Kirei needed a solution that would allow them to manage their existing sales contacts with subscriber data collected from their web site in order to E-mail product and event announcements.

Result: IAMIT worked with Kirei to help them integrate targeted web forms on the kireiuse.com web site, design E-mail templates, import existing sales data and capture new sales leads.

Profile: A premium handcrafted boutique winery located on a small estate at the northern end of Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County, Yoakim Bridge Vineyards needed to make improvements to their online store front, brand communications and E-mail based sales processes.

Need: Reflecting on the high standards and quality of Yoakim's wine, the project included a complete reworking of the Web site and direct E-mail marketing campaign. The goal was to strengthen and unify the Yoakim brand while increasing direct wine orders from the Web site.

Result: Yoakim's Web site redesign now successfully reflects the high quality and personal touch Yoakim stands for. Since beginning the E-mail campaign, Yoakim increased its database by 674 new subscribers, generated an average Email open rate of 45.9% with a click-thru conversion ratio of nearly 2 to 1. Wine purchases from the first campaign produced more than $7,000 in direct online orders.
